When we looked at the most popular ready-to-drink cocktails with soda, all we saw was an overcrowded market of non-differentiating fruity flavors, many using artificial ingredients and poor quality 4.5% ABV alcohol contributing to hangovers. Each brand seemed the same, targeting young twenty-somethings with portrayals of “frat guy party life” at the beach and pools.
That's fine for the "Kid's Table", but what about the more sophisticated pallets of older drinkers, who outnumber the younger by an estimated 100 million? The same crowd whose overwhelming demand for the Espresso Martini made it the hottest drink in the country.
And then it hit us. What if there was a lighter, more refreshing version of an Espresso Martini? One offering less calories, more hydration, and cleaner taste, yet still commanding bold and delicious drinkability?

Both XSODA flavors have LESS THAN HALF the calories of a typical espresso martini made with Irish cream. For typical espresso martinis made without Irish cream, both XSODA flavors have about 40% the calories.
